I like Dedication for my D word combined with WIAW because my dedication is to the Weight Watchers program and it has for 25 years steered my course when it comes to food. Weight Watchers has helped make me the strong healthy person I am today. Obsessed, maybe, but I don’t think so. Dedicated is a better way to put it. I follow the program every day in many ways more accurately and successfully than I did 25 years ago. The important thing is that it worked then and it works now. Dedicated, yeah, I like that!
Food!! Not much actually. I’ve fallen off the food photo bandwagon this week I fear, but here are a few.
Mozzarella and tomato panini at In A Pickle. Yummy as always and of course Ralph got the chips!
My new favorite breakfast…FiberOne topped with my crock pot apples and fat-free vanilla yogurt. I love it!
Pepper and egg sandwich at Picasso’s. Yes, I can be very boring!
A quickie lunch of Fiber One and Greek yogurt. It’s a great combo!
Dinner in the making…zucchini, green bell pepper, snow peas, garlic, veggie broth, cottage cheese and shredded 2% cheese. The black beans in the back ground didn’t make it. When I opened them they needed to be tossed. 😦 They were replaced by baby eggplant.
This is all an ongoing process. I eat right (Dedication) I stay healthy. That’s what it’s all about for me.
